I am not a “walk-in" salon, I operate off of booked appointments. That's not to say you will never get a same day appointment, but I strongly encourage you to book online or schedule your next appointment when you check out. For those who need weekend appointments and late appointments, I strongly encourage you to book a least a week in advance.
I want your salon experience to be as enjoyable as possible. In order to expedite your service, I ask that my clients arrive on time. I will do my best to ensure that your appointment begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion.
I cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive later than 15 minutes after their scheduled time. If you call to inform me that you are running late, I will offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive late to your appointment you can either have your service in the time remaining or reschedule. If you choose to have your service in the time remaining, you will be charged the full service fee. If you choose to reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the original reserved service fee.
However, I reserve the right to refuse service to clients who are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 24hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
Forms of Payment
I accept Debit Cards and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express),Travelers Checks and personal checks.Returned Checks – You are held accountable and responsible for any and all bank charges for returned checks as well as collection, attorney and court fees if any occur.
Tipping is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is 15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or offers. For your convenience you can leave a gratuity on your credit card if so desired. I greatly appreciate your generosity.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In reality this is not achievable, but we try. We never like to let clients leave our salon unhappy. However, in the event you find yourself unhappy within 7 days of your service, you are covered by our no-nonsense redo policy at no cost, refunds are not given. Color correction services are not covered under this policy because this is never a single process solution.
